Even though I started with an Amazon Alexa, I was very proud of this one…it is is an example of one of my first smart home successes. I added a pair of dry wifi relays to the TV Lift switch to the left of the soundbar. I then added a Broadlink RF remote to control the TV. Finally I created a routine in Alexa that used the wifi relays to raise and lower the TV and used the Broadlink to turn on the soundbar and TV. Later, I flashed the relays with Tasmota and migrated everything over to Home Assistant. Still pretty darn good.
